Providing professional, courteous, reliable service we are licensed residential Home Inspectors offering pre-purchase, sellers, new home, pre/post renovation and new home guarantee expiration inspections of one to four family homes and condominiums.

New York State licensed and insured, an associate member in good standing of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), we perform inspections in accordance with the ASHI Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. If requested copies of these documents may be provided at the time of inspection and are also available at www.ashi.org.

We encourage our clients to attend the inspection as this is a valuable time for exchange of information between the client and the inspector as the roof, electrical, heating / ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, interior, exterior and structure of the residence are inspected. Following the inspection we deliver a comprehensive narrative report on the residence via Email on the day of the inspection, with the complete bound report sent via overnight mail.

Our fees are competitive, our service exemplary, with our service area including Nassau, Suffolk, the five Boroughs of NYC, and the Northern suburbs, with timely appointments and seven day a week inspection services, we strive to accommodate our customers needs and schedules.
